Job Description:

Aufgaben:

• Einsatzort Standort Hamburg
• Erfassung / Koordination von Restarbeiten: Foliomanagement, Arbeitspaketplanung, eQLB und NC Abarbeitung und Systempflege
• Beanstandungsmanagement: Stellungnahme/Entscheidungsvorlage/ Erledigung von Qualitätsmeldung
• Bauteilverfügbarkeitmanagement: Material-/ Bauteilbeschaffung / Bauteillieferung, Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung in – und externer Fehlteile (von Airbus internen und externen Lieferanten)
• Arbeitsobjekt: Fertigungsaufträge (oder Concession etc) / PARAs; Beanstandungsblätter (eQLBs); Qualitätsmeldungen (NCs)
• Arbeits- & Betriebsmittel: Gängige Bürosoftware, DV-Systeme; Vorschriften, Anweisungen, Normen
• Arbeitsergebnisse: koordinierte Ausführung von Restarbeiten und eQLBs inkl. Koordination der Partner; auf Stand gehaltenes Folio
• Erstellung von eIC
• Durchführung von WPs
• Organisation von spez. Werkzeugen

Qualifikation:

• Flexibilität: Weitestgehend wiederkehrender und vorhersehbarer Wechsel zwischen kognitiven und kommuniktaiven Arbeiten
• Reisebereitschaft gefordert
• Kooperation: Informationsaustausch mit internen Ansprechpartnern auf überwiegend gleicher Hierarchiestufe mit überwiegend gleichen Interessenlagen
• Flugzeugspezifische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Englisch Grundkenntnisse
